Construction Services

Bill Mo'unga, Bo Chung, and Mote Mo'unga are former 8(a) participants and are here to serve and provide their marketing expertise and mentorship. M Construction successfully completed the 8(a) program and now mentors small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned).
SABER (Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements). The SABER program is administered through the U.S. Air Force and is a design-build contract, which simplifies the design and construction process.
IDIQ Contracts (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanitity). IDIQ contracts typically are 5 year federal government contracts including MATOC (Multipole Award Task Order Contract), JOC (Job Order Contract) and other IDIQ contracts.
